When you first get here you will be provided with a small amount of paperwork to complete. Upon completing your paperwork, Dr. Oswald will review it and then meet with you to begin your first visit.
Your first visit will entail:
At times more expansive paper work is required and if you believe that your health concerns are of a complex nature, please allow us to send you the paperwork ahead of time. If you have recent lab results, these are also very useful in determining the health problems that you face and in determining the appropriate treatment.

- A detailed discussion about your health concerns
- Detailed examination of pertinent body systems
- A discussion of the cause of your health concern and the possible treatment options
- A detailed plan of action designed for your specific needs.
- Treatment will be provided if clinically indicated
